Job Ready program

This program aimed to provide internships to college fresh pass-outs facing difficulty in securing jobs due to lack of on-the-job experience. With the COVID crisis exacerbating job scarcity, landing internships became even more challenging. Many companies were hesitant to hire interns due to added costs and risks. The program initiated by internally checking if team managers could accommodate interns with B.Tech/M.Tech degrees. Fortunately, team leaders agreed to allocate time for training interns. This initiative enabled individuals to gain valuable on-the-job experience within a reputable IT organization, eventually leading to employment with attractive packages.
